No Cancellation Policy

All sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued for any food or beverage items purchased from DayOne Provisions. This policy applies to all orders, including but not limited to catering events, purchases, and online orders.

Defective or Damaged Items:

In the event of receiving a defective or damaged item, please report this immediately withing receiving the item, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue.

Wrong Item served:

If you receive an item different from the one you ordered, please notify our representative immediately for a possible refund or exchange.
